Information provided in each member record includes each physician’s name, specialty, zip code, phone, fax, and email.

To download this program to your PDA, log on to www.starkmedical.org and click on DigiDOCS on the home page. To register for a download, you will need your ME number and your email address that has already been provided to the SCMS. Once the ME number and email address are submitted, a password will be emailed to you to download DigiDOCS. The DigiDOCS membership directory uses 475 KB of memory.
